The maximum order completion time is 1 month (depending on the complexity of the order and my workload);

I work with both textual descriptions and your drafts, sketches, and references;

I can take on urgent orders for an additional fee;

I only accept orders with full prepayment.

I retain all rights to my artwork and may publish it on any platform;

I may decline an commissions for personal reasons before payment but will notify the client in advance.

You can publish your commissions on any platform, but without remove or crop out my signature;

If you want to use commissions for commercial purposes, we can discuss this.

First, we discuss and agree all the order details, create a sketch, which I then send to you for approval;

All revisions are free at the sketch approval stage. After that, you have three free minor revisions. If you want to make major changes, it will only be possible for an additional fee;

The finished work will be sent to you by email in high resolution with my signature.

I do not issue refunds if the order completion deadline has not passed;

You urgently need the money back for personal reasons;

You changed your mind about assigning me the work.

I agree to issue a refund if i missed the deadline (we can agree to extend the work timeframe).
